2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the logimaxx.ro presentation website. It does not replace the confidentiality and data-processing commitments in customer contracts, nor the terms of the individual products (for example a MaxxOps instance or a ZbxWizz account), which are governed separately.

3. What data we process

Depending on how you interact with us:

  • Contact form data you send voluntarily: name, company (optional), email address, the area you are interested in and your message;
  • Email correspondence, including any details you choose to add;
  • Basic technical data generated automatically by the server (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) in the usual access logs, for security and troubleshooting;
  • Aggregated usage statistics collected with a self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) — page views and referrers, without cookies, without cross-site tracking and without building profiles about you.

We do not run advertising or marketing tracking scripts on this site.

4. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • Answering your enquiry (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract) — when you write to us about a product, a project or a Zabbix environment;
  • Security and operation of the site (legitimate interest) — technical logs, abuse prevention;
  • Understanding how the site is used (legitimate interest) — aggregated, cookieless statistics that do not identify you;
  • Legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain information.

5. Who else sees the data

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. It may be handled by:

  • our hosting provider, which operates the server and its logs;
  • Telegram — a message sent through the contact form is delivered as a notification to our internal Telegram channel, so the content of the form passes through the Telegram service;
  • our email provider, for the correspondence that follows;
  • authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

The analytics tool runs on our own infrastructure, so usage statistics are not shared with a third-party analytics company.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We prefer infrastructure in the EEA. Telegram, used for contact-form notifications, operates outside the EEA; for that reason we keep the notification limited to what you wrote in the form.

Please do not send confidential or particularly sensitive information through the form — for that, ask us for an agreed channel first.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact correspondence: for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable period afterwards (as a rule up to 24 months), unless a contractual relationship or a legal retention obligation applies;
  • Server logs: short periods typical for security and maintenance (as a rule under 90 days), unless an incident requires investigation;
  • Aggregated statistics: kept longer, because they contain no personal data.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request:

  • access to your data;
  • rectification or erasure, where applicable;
  • restriction of processing;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • data portability, where technically feasible.

Write to contact@logimaxx.ro to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: HTTPS, restricted access to systems and accounts, and standard hosting practices. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please treat the form and email as ordinary business channels rather than secure ones.

10. Children

The site addresses professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published on this page, with its update date, is the one in force. For significant changes we may flag the update on the site.
