2. What this site is
This site presents our software products and engineering services and provides ways to get in touch. It is not an online shop and it is not a self-service signup portal.
Any commercial engagement is agreed separately and in writing, after a conversation.
3. Acceptance
By accessing and using the site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
4. Information published here
Texts, descriptions, project examples and product information are published for informational purposes. We try to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that they are exhaustive or free of errors.
Product capabilities evolve. Where an offer, contract or statement of work exists, that document prevails over the presentation materials on this site.
5. Products with their own terms
Some products presented here are delivered through their own sites, repositories or licences — for example MaxxOps, dbAPI, ZbxWizz, WG Admin and WebKlip. Using those products is governed by their own terms, licences and agreements, not by this page.

The site links to third-party destinations, including product sites and code repositories. We do not control their content and we are not responsible for their policies or practices.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or its data;
- use the site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content;
- extract content at scale (aggressive scraping) without our agreement.

Liability for products and services actually delivered to a customer is governed by the corresponding contract.
