Understand before building.
Technology is rarely the first question. We first need to understand the process and the constraint.
LogiMaxx Systems is a Romanian software company developing its own products and building custom software, automation and monitoring solutions for businesses.
Our background sits at the intersection of software engineering and IT operations.
That matters because many business problems do not fit neatly into one category. A monitoring problem can become an automation problem. An integration can grow into an internal application. A repetitive internal task can reveal the need for a reusable product.
We are comfortable working across those boundaries.
I have been in IT for more than 25 years. I started as a webmaster at a small internet provider in Timișoara, ran my own first businesses, then worked as a telecom engineer, DevOps engineer, full-stack developer and monitoring consultant — Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Huawei, Vodafone, Capgemini, RWE.
The common thread never changed: systems that have to work in production, not in a demo. I designed monitoring for mixed environments — on-prem, cloud, legacy — took part in replacing legacy platforms (IBM Netcool → Zabbix), and automated the repetitive work that keeps generating incidents.
I started LogiMaxx Systems in 2023 to build software the way I believe it should be built: good systems are designed, not patched. Our products — MaxxOps, dbAPI, ZbxWizz — came out of problems we hit in real operations, not out of market research.
In practice: you discuss your problem with me, not with a salesperson. And if what you need is not what we are good at, I will tell you directly.
We develop our own products, including MaxxOps, dbAPI, ZbxWizz, WG Admin and WebKlip.
At the same time, we work with customers on custom applications, automation, integrations and Zabbix environments.
The two sides of the company are connected. Building products forces us to think about maintainability, usability and long-term ownership. Working on real customer environments keeps our products grounded in actual operational problems.
Technology is rarely the first question. We first need to understand the process and the constraint.
Complexity is sometimes unavoidable. Accidental complexity is not.
People should make decisions. Software should handle the mechanical work around those decisions.
A system is not finished when it works in a demo. It needs to be deployable, observable, maintainable and understandable after it goes into production.
LogiMaxx Systems is based in Romania and works with customers and technical teams across Europe.
Our experience includes both small business systems and large enterprise environments.
