LogiMaxx Systems is a Romanian technology company specialised in building and running the IT systems companies rely on in their day-to-day work.
We work at the intersection of software, infrastructure and business processes.
We are not interested in technology as an end in itself. We are interested in what the system has to do, how important it is to the company, and what happens when something does not work.

How we think.
We prefer simplicity.
Every extra component is one more thing that has to be administered, secured, monitored and recovered when problems appear.
Complexity has to have a reason.
We also design for when things go wrong.
Hardware fails. Software has problems. People make mistakes. Accounts can be compromised.
A good system has to take those situations into account.
We verify. We do not assume.
A backup nobody has restored is not a guarantee.
An alert that has not been tested is not necessarily an alert that will work.
We prefer mechanisms that can show they do their job.
Who is behind LogiMaxx Systems
I have worked in IT for many years, in software development and in infrastructure, integration and monitoring.
In that time I have built applications for small and mid-sized companies and worked with distributed enterprise systems, where availability, monitoring and the ability to recover are not optional.
I have taken part in large-scale infrastructure and monitoring projects, including the migration and operation of platforms with tens of thousands of monitored systems, and in automation and integration projects for international organisations.
In parallel, I have built software for companies where the problem was not the technology itself, but how the work was organised: orders, stock, production, quotes, documents and the flow of information between people and departments.
The experience of those two worlds defined the direction of LogiMaxx Systems.
I see IT as a system that has to support a business: simplify what can be simplified, automate what should not be done by hand, and keep working when problems appear.
Technology is the means. The business is the goal.
