IT Resilience Assessment

How well would your company withstand an IT incident?

A failed server. A ransomware attack. A compromised account. Data deleted by accident. A network device that gives out. The question is not only whether an incident like that can happen. The question is: how much of the company stops, how much data can you lose, and how long does it take to get back to normal? IT Resilience Assessment gives you an independent view of the IT infrastructure, the risks that exist, and the company’s ability to keep working when things go wrong.

“We have backups” does not necessarily mean we can recover the data.

Just as having a firewall does not automatically mean the infrastructure is secure.

In many companies, IT infrastructure was built gradually. Servers, computers, applications, accounts, VPNs, cloud services and backup products were added over time. Different people and different providers worked on it. Some of it is documented. Some of it is known only by the person who configured it.

The systems work.

But nobody has checked what happens when something important stops working.

From “I think we are fine” to a clear picture.

We assess the infrastructure from six angles:

Security

How systems, the network and data are protected, and how easily an incident could spread.

Backup and recovery

Which data is protected, where the copies are, and — above all — whether they can be restored.

Resilience and availability

Which components can stop the company if they fail, and where the single points of failure are.

Identity and access

Who has access to systems and data, how privileges are administered, and what happens when an account is compromised.

Monitoring and operations

How quickly technical problems, vulnerabilities and security-relevant events can be detected.

Documentation and recovery readiness

Whether there is enough information and procedure for the infrastructure to be administered and recovered, including in a crisis.

You receive more than a general impression.

The final report includes:

Infrastructure overview

The infrastructure and its main dependencies.

Critical findings

The problems that need attention now.

Risk register

The risks we identify and their potential impact.

Backup and recovery assessment

The state of the backups and the real ability to recover.

Business continuity assessment

The critical systems and the main points that can interrupt the business.

Security assessment

The main security problems we identify.

Remediation roadmap

What we recommend fixing, and in what order.

Problems that can have a major impact on the company are reported on their own, not folded into a general conclusion.

You know what to fix first.

Not every IT problem has the same importance.

For each relevant problem we explain the risk, the impact on the business, the recommendation, the priority and the estimated effort to fix it.

The result is a practical plan:

Immediate → 30 days → 90 days → Longer term

You can invest first where the reduction in risk is the greatest.

The report is yours.

IT Resilience Assessment is an independent engagement.

You do not have to continue with LogiMaxx Systems after the assessment.

You can implement the recommendations with your own team, with your current IT provider, or together with us.

If you choose to continue together:

Assessment → Remediation → Managed IT

We fix the problems we found, standardise and document the infrastructure, and can then take on its administration and monitoring.

What it costs

Small

750 € + VAT

For infrastructure of up to about 15 users, 1–2 servers or hypervisors, up to about 10 virtual machines, a single location and a relatively simple infrastructure.

Standard

1,250 € + VAT

For companies of up to about 50 users, with several servers and services, virtualisation, storage, VPN, several networks or VLANs, cloud services and local or off-site backup.

Complex infrastructure

For larger environments, several locations or special requirements, we agree the scope and the price before the project starts.

An assessment usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the infrastructure and how available the information is.

What IT Resilience Assessment is not

It is not a penetration test, and it does not try to simulate a full attack on the company.

It is not a formal certification audit for ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR or other standards and regulations.

It is not a simple inventory of the computers and software you have.

It is a practical assessment of a more important question: how well is the IT infrastructure prepared to protect the company and keep it running?

Better to find out now.

A real incident is one of the most expensive ways to discover the problems in IT infrastructure. Find out where the risks are, what has to be fixed, and what is worth doing first. IT Resilience Assessment — from 750 € + VAT
